Onto Day Four!

So its Day Four! Much better than yesterday. I ate a lot less today, and, I wasn't as hungry. Plus, I weighed myself. Down to 164! I hope to go down more soon. Still TERRIBLE about my peanut butter but getting better on the cheese. Its not hard for me to loose interest in it. I'm scared I won't loose any real amount of weight on this though. And when I get out of Phase One, will I even loose? Or try for that matter? Adding foods in seems tasty, but scary! I don't want to fall down again. Anyway...

Breakfast ::
4 Cups Coffee
1 Cup Milk
2 oz Egg Substitute
2 Turkey Sausage Patties

Snack ::
1 Cheese Stick

Lunch ::
1 Cheese Wheel
1 Cup Celery
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter

Snack ::
15 Cashews

Snack ::
2 tbsp. Peanut Butter

Dinner ::
2 Cups Romaine Lettuce
3 Oz Lean Meat
1 oz Cheese

Desert ::
FF Fudgesicle

Its Day Three!


First off, I'd like to welcome our first other member, summer09change. I hope to get to know you better. :]

Anyway, today was kinda weird. I didn't eat as much as yesterday, but I was sooo bad on peanut butter and cheese. I'm allowed to have the LF version of both, but I'm going overboard. It sucks. I try to cut back, but thats the only real food I LOVE that I'm allowed. At least I'm not eating banned foods. I was way hungry all today though. My mom is a day ahead of me on Phase One, and she said Day Three she was really hungry, but today she was okay. So lets hope I am too. I went to the gym for the first time in forever! I used to be a member, but school caught up with me and I lost time. Normally I ride my bike when the weather permits, but I suppose the gym will be okay. Good exercise. Well, hope everyone has had a good day.

So Today Is Day Two!

I'm on Day Two of Phase One for the South Beach Diet. So far, so good. No cheating. I haven't exercised though, so I am going to have to start doing that. I had a migraine today and stayed home from school, and much to my delight, I still wasn't tempted to munch on some crackers. For those of you that don't know, Phase One is a strict diet to boost your metabolism and cut cravings. No grains of any sort [bread, crackers, noodles, ect], no fruit, no sweets [besides sugar free gum, hard candy, ect.], minimal fat free dairy, ect. All in all, its hard. It dosen't sound so bad, but once your on it you realize how much you can't eat! But like I said, so far so good. I'm hoping logging everything will help me keep on track.

Alright this is the first entry to the community.
I'll probably update it later. But for starters, I'm
going to give some basics, rules, ect.

This community is for any girl, woman, lady, ect. trying to loose weight.
Whether you are counting calories, on WW, SBD, ana, ect.
Everyone is to accept everybody's ways of doing things.
This is a safe haven for people, no matter their size.
Hatred is not accepted, though constructive criticism is.
And most importantly, this is about support and friendship.
Everyone should help everyone out, give a hand and advice.
